James married Joan Jane BURGESS in 1667 in Bristol, Avon, England, who was born in 1649 in Bristol, Avon, England. The children of James and Joan MOON were, Mary, James, Jonas, Jasper, Sarah and Roger MOON.
GENERATION 3
James (Jasper) MOON was born about 1669 in Bristol, Avon, England to James and Joan MOON, and died in Bucks County , Pennsylvania on April 6th, 1755. James married Mary WILSFORD on February 7th, 1695/96 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Mary was born about 1680. The children of James and Mary MOON were, John, Simon, Thomas and Sarah MOON.
GENERATION 4
Simon MOON was born on April 11th, 1700 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania to James and Mary MOON, and died in November of 1748 in Frederick County, Virginia. He was married to Lauretha HUMPHREY on September 27th, 1721 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Lauretha was born about 1700 in Frederick County, Virginia. Their children were, James, Jacob, Richard, Mary, Rachel, Hannah, John, Margaret and Anna MOON.
GENERATION 5
Hannah MOON was born on February 2nd, 1727/28 to Simon and Lauretha MOON, and died about 1798 in Pennsylvania. Hannah married William BROWN (See BROWN page) on February 4th, 1747/48 in Cane Creek, Orange County, North Carolina. Their children were, Joel, Thomas, Samuel, William, Hannah, Richard, Sarah, Mary, Ebunezar, Anne, Joseph, Deborah and Joel BROWN.
GENERATION 6
Joel BROWN was born on January 29th, 1769 in Orange County, North Carolina to William and Hannah BROWN, and died May 5th, 1857 in Russell County, Kentucky. He married Martha "Patsy" Unknown. Their children were Rebecca (Fitzpatrick) BROWN (See Cloda WILSON Page) and Christina BROWN.
GENERATION 7
Christina BROWN was born about 1810 in North Carolina to Joel and Martha Patsy BROWN. Christina married Sampson HOPPER (See HOPPER page) on August 20th, 1829 in Russell County, Kentucky. The child of Christina and Sampson HOPPER that pertains to this line is Lucy Ann HOPPER.
GENERATION 8
Lucy Ann HOPPER was born about 1840 in Russell County, Kentucky to Sampson and Christina HOPPER and died unknown. Lucy married Sampson WILSON (See WILSON page) on October 30th, 1856 in Russell County, Kentucky. The marriage was performed by Moses Harkness WILSON. The children of Lucy Ann and Sampson WILSON, were William R, Cyrus M, Squire Marcus, Celeste, Christeeny M, Electia, General and Moses Samson (Bud) WILSON (See WILSON page). Sampson was a farmer by occupation.
