John TEAGUE was born before 1660. His spouse is unknown at this time. The child of John TEAGUE and UNKNOWN was: Edward TEAGUE.
Edward TEAGUE was born in 1660 in Teggs Delight, Cecil County, Maryland and died March 9th 1695/96 in Cecil County, Maryland. He was the son of John TEAGUE and UNKNOWN. He was married to Susan SMITH who was born in 1663 and died April 3rd, 1741 in Harford County, Maryland. The children of Edward TEAGUE and Susan SMITH were: Catherine, Susanna and William Abel TEAGUE.
William Abel TEAGUE Sr. was born August 25th, 1695 in Teggs Delight, Cecil County, Maryland and died in 1775 in Chatham Rowan, North Carolina. He was married to Isabelle LOFTIN in 1714 in Cecil, Maryland. Isabelle was born on December 19th, 1693 in Musketta Creek, St. George Parish, Baltimore City, Maryland and died in 1762 in Rowan, North Carolina. The children of William Abel TEAGUE and Isabelle LOFTIN were: Mary, Edward, Abraham, Charity, Elijah, Susannah, Joshua, William Able, Rachel, Isaac, Benjamin and Moses TEAGUE.
Moses TEAGUE was born on March 3rd, 1717/18 and died in 1799 in Chatham County, North Carolina. He was the son of William Abel TEAGUE and Isabelle LOFTIN. He was married to 1. Elizabeth LOFTIN who was born on January 1st, 1713/14 in Frederick, Virginia and died after 1759 in Chatham County, North Carolina. Wife 2. Rachel Taylor. The children of Moses TEAGUE and Elizabeth LOFTIN were: Moses, Isabelle, Abraham, Isaac Newton, Jacob, Elizabeth, Susannah and William Able TEAGUE.
William Able TEAGUE was born about 1752 in Frederick, Virginia and died June 6th, 1835 in Whitby County, Kentucky. He was the son of Moses TEAGUE and Elizabeth LOFTIN. He was married to Elizabeth UNKNOWN who was born about 1755 and died in 1835. The children of William Able TEAGUE and Elizabeth UNKNOWN were: Rachel, Joshua, David, Nathaniel, Elizabeth and Moses TEAGUE.
Moses TEAGUE was born in 1785 and was the son of William Able TEAGUE and Elizabeth UNKNOWN. He married Elizabeth CLEMMONS who was born in 1789. The children of Moses TEAGUE and Elizabeth CLEMMONS were: Mary, William, Benjamin, Margaret, Samuel, Jesse, Nathaniel, Joseph, Infant Teague, Richard and Lorenzo Dow TEAGUE.
~~NOTE: The information listed above is to the best of my knowledge, correct. This information has been based on the research done by several different people. My research was based on information found on a Teague website, Ancestry.Com, and the Church of the Latter Day Saints. However, it has been stated that there were at the same time, 3 different Moses Teague's in the same area. It is the opinion of some researchers, that it can not be proven for sure who was the father and mother of Lorenzo Dow Teague.~~
Lorenzo Dow TEAGUE was born in 1828 and died in 1890. He was married to 1.Dicie Jane RAGSDALE and 2.Elizabeth Rose KIDD. The child of Lorenzo Dow TEAGUE and Dicie Jane RAGSDALE (See RAGSDALE page) that directly relates to our family is Joseph Thomas TEAGUE.
Joseph Thomas TEAGUE was born on October 18th, 1865 in Arkansas and died January 27th, 1948 in Crawford County, Arkansas. He was the son of Lorenzo Dow TEAGUE and Dicie Jane RAGSDALE (See RAGSDALE page). He was married to Paralee Eleanor VAUGHT (See KILLINGSWORTH page) on October 1st, 1885 in Crawford County, Arkansas. The children of Joseph and Paralee were: Infant, Ada, Lorenzo(Lo), Esther, Ruie, Lillian, Lenora Gladys, Leo, Infant, Sarah Alice and Beulah Irene TEAGUE.
** Joseph was member of the Clear Creek Masonic Lodge in a group known as the "Odd Fellows". Joseph was a pioneer merchant in the Mountainburg community operating a general merchandise store for many years, the post office was in the store and son, Lorenzo was the Post Master. Lorenzo also was a Mason and he was the mayor of Chester and Alma, AR. at one time. Joseph was also the Post Master at different times**

Beulah TEAGUE was born March 12th, 1896 and died March 11th, 1983 in Crawford County, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Paralee VAUGHT and Joseph Thomas TEAGUE. She married Lewis E RICHARDSON (See RICHARDSON page).
